From this floor you can oversee the whole estate of la Perrière. In an hushed and rustic atmosphere that reminds you of medieval decor, you will discover the suites of the Heir; these are cosy and reassuring living spaces for children that emerge towards the Viking's bedroom, providing a real comfortable nest for parents.

The Manoir's Park

In the private park of the Manoir, you can discover various atmospheres for your walks: wooded part, a glade, an "à la française" garden and a "curé"'s garden. The heated swimming-pool of 14m x 7m with a whole range of aquatic exercise equipment is available all year round - except in winter - along with a nordic traditional sauna & jacuzzi (optional - from spring 2012), a ping-pong table, games for children, a swing and a slide, small houses, football goals, badminton and volleyball courts, trampoline and petanque games, and finally a beautifully fragrant herb garden. As for spring 2012 the mansion offers an unforgettable experience in the park with our relaxation area. Discover the benefits of the nordic traditional sauna, in the middle of our trees, plunge into the warm and regenerative waters of our jacuzzi
